Res. Asst. PhD FATİH YAMAN

I hold a Ph.D. in Political Science from Istanbul University and currently work as a Research Assistant at Manisa Celal Bayar University in Turkey. I specialize in research methodology, with a particular focus on the qualitative approach. I am also a professional MAXQDA trainer and have supported many research projects through systematic data analysis. My academic research aligns closely with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Quality Education (Goal 4), Gender Equality (Goal 5), Reduced Inequalities (Goal 10), Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions (Goal 16), and Partnerships for the Goals (Goal 17). Within this framework, I focus on public policy, democratization, political participation, and gender dynamics in the workplace, often through field-based qualitative research. I also teach research methodology at Manisa Celal Bayar University, where I guide students in exploring diverse methodological approaches and in designing and conducting their own research on socially relevant topics.
