In the present paper, my first clinical prospective research in Ege University Faculty of Medicine Department of Pediatric Surgery will be told in detail. My mentor Professor IhsanNumanoglu included me as one of the members of the research group. The aim of the research was to identify the rectal pouch level in relation to the muscle complex and bone structures by computerized tomography in anorectal malformation cases.The perspectiveof the results of this clinical research aid us further develop this technique to different areas which will also be presented.
