Behçet's disease is a systemic inflammatory disease characterized with cutaneous, oc ular, oral and genital mucosal involvement. Behçet's disease may result with cardiac, neurologic and pulmonary complications by vasculitis in arterial and venous system. A 22 year old patient without a known systemic disorder admitted to our emergency department with hemoptysis, fever, dyspnea and headache symptoms. He was diagnosed as intracardiac thrombus, pulmonary artery aneurysm with thrombosis, and dural sinus thrombosis due to Behçet's disease. Following diagno sis, patient was successfully treated with immunosuppressive and anticoagulant treatment. Dural si nus thrombosis, intracardiac thrombosis and pulmonary artery aneurysm with thrombosis together are rare concomitant pathologies secondary to Behçet's disease. Anticoagulant and immunosup pressive treatment combination should be thought as the first choice treatment in hemodynamically stable patients. Because it is rare to see these complications of Behçet's disease all together and suc cessful outcome of patient with medical therapy, we planned to report this case.
