Bu çalışma hüküm sürdüğü dönemde kontrolündeki toprakların her köşesine adalet ve iktisadi adalet götürme saikiyle hareket eden Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun sistemini analiz etme amacı gütmektedir. Buna uygun olarak öncelikle Osmanlı’nın adalet ve hukuk bağlamında yapılanması ele alınacaktır. Sonra iktisadi adaleti tesis etme hususunda yetkili olan Osmanlı yöneticilerinin düşünce yapısı irdelenecektir. Eylem şekli kapsamında dağıtıcı adalet üzerine yürütülen faaliyetlerin ve oluşturulan organizasyonların başarısı değerlendirilecektir. Ardından geç dönem iktisadi düşünce biçimiyle birlikte duraklama ve çöküş evrelerine yol açan etkenlerin ekonomik boyutları gözden geçirilecektir. Son olarak Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun yıkılmasına neden olan iç ve dış etkenlerin işleyişi analiz edilecektir.
This work aims to analyze the system of the Ottoman Empire, which acted with the motive of bringing justice and economic justice to every corner of the territory under its control. In accordance with this, first will be discussed the structure of the Ottoman in the context of justice and law. Then will be examined the paradigm of the Ottoman rulers who authorized to establish economic justice. Within the scope of form of action will be evaluated the success of the activities carried out in distributive justice and the organizations created. Then will be rewieved the economic aspects of the factors leading to periods of stagnation and collapse along with the late economic thinking. Finally will be analyzed the quiddity of internal and external factors causing the collapse of the Ottoman Empire
