Change is an inevitable fact of life, we have to adapt to changing times and conditions, and we must manage this process of change with a planned and specific logic. It is difficult to give up our old habits, and when the effects of new conditions on our lives are beyond our control, this situation forces us and can cause great anxiety. This issue is the same in companies, if they cannot manage the change and development process they are in in a planned and good way, they will encounter many difficulties and obstacles. This situation will cause companies to fall behind the current times and conditions and cause large or small losses. For this reason, the change and transition process must be well planned and managed, the way each company manages the change and transition process may differ according to its own procedures. In this article, what is change management, changes in the mining sector, planning and management of the change process, guidelines and suggestions for the change process are discussed. Risks arising as a result of the changes that occur throughout the life of the enterprise will be identified in advance and a proactive approach will be demonstrated. With these records and plans, corporate memory will be created.
