Abstract

In this paper, we deal with nilpotency of atomic Steenrod squares. We prove that the nilpotence height of atomic square Sq2(2b−1) for all integers b ≥ 2 is b+2. Finally, we give a nilpotency table, a remark and an important conjecture related to the nilpotence height of atomic squares.
