A desmoid tumor located at the right axilla of a 44 year old women mimicing breast carcinoma with physical examination, imaging and histopathologic findings is presented since it's a rare disorder. Desmoid tumor is a rare benign process where definitive diagnosis is usually established on histopathological examination.
