Abstract

Stevens-Johnson syndrome is a rare but life-threatening mucocutaneous skin reaction that is often caused by drugs. The most common causes of mortality are sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding and fluid-electrolyte imbalance. In this article, a patient with Stevens-Johnson syndrome due to hydroxychloroquine is reported.
