Abstract

Metastasis to the testis is rare. A 79-year-old man presented with obstructive symptoms to the urology clinic. With elevated prostate specific antigen ( PSA) levels biopsy from the prostate was diagnosed as adenocarcinoma. Bilateral orchiectomy was performed for therapeutic purposes and a tumor with an adenocarcinoma morphology was detected. The tumor cells were positive with PSA. We wish to discuss the rare entity of the testis with clinical and pathologic findings.
