<i>Saprolegnia</i> <i>sp</i>. and <i>Aeromonas hydrophila</i> Isolation from Freshwater-Crayfish (<i>Astacus leptodactylus</i>)

Özet

Brown melanisation was determined in six crayfish' abdomen during health surveillance on Iznik lake's freshwater-crayfish by Bornova Veterinary Control and Research Institute. While Saprolegnia sp. was isolated from these melanisated tissues of the crayfish, Aeromonas hydrophila was isolated from same crayfish' haemolenf. So this case report was offered.
