Özet

Özet

Tapu ve Kadastro Programı,  ön lisans eğitimi veren dört dönemlik bir programdır.

Bu programın amacı; özellikle tapu sicillerinin tutulmasına ilişkin temel kurallar ile tapu sicilinin oluşturulmasını amaçlayan kadastro çalışmaları konusunda çalışacak ara insan gücünü yetiştirmektir.

Bu çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, söz konusu programın gelişimi hakkında bilgi verilerek, program tanıtılmaya çalışılacaktır. Bu kapsamda, Türkiye’deki Tapu ve Kadastro programları karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenecek, okutulan dersler karşılaştırılacak ve mezuniyet sonrası çalışma olanakları hakkında bilgi verilecektir. Son bölümde ise Celal Bayar Üniversitesi Sarıgöl Meslek Yüksekokulu Tapu ve Kadastro Programı öğrencilerine yönelik yapılan anket çalışması değerlendirilecektir.

Abstract

Land Registry and Cadaster Program is a vocational program which longs four-period undergraduate education program.

The purpose of this program is to educate intermediate staff on the topics related with basic rules on keeping cadastral land registry and to give the education on how to form land registry titles.

In the first chapter of this study, it is aimed to introduce the program by providing information on the development phase. Within this framework, Land Registry and Cadaster Programs in Turkey will be comparatively analyzed, the courses will be compared and it will be given information about the postgraduate study opportunities. In the last chapter of the paper, the survey will be evaluated which is conducted for Celal Bayar University Sarıgöl Vocational School Land Registry and Cadaster Program students.
