Özet

Renal cell carcinoma extended to the right atrium was operated by using cardiopulmonary bypass and deep hypothermic circulatory arrest. Hypothermic circulatory arrest provides bloodless surgical field for tumor thrombus removal and adequate visceral and brain protection.
